Today we picked up the Pictures from Jaxon’s 10 month shoot. Here they are…

and then here’s one just for daddy’s office…
I love this little boy with all my heart!!!
Today I got to keep Isabelle for Jason & Renee, so they could attend the funeral (see post from friday). We had so much fun! I considered today a trial run to see how soon I think I could handle 2 kids. Wow. Those of you out there that have more than one…how do you do it. I know you just adjust and you “just do it”, but wow!
The kids played nice together & we laughed a lot. I think it was a great day. I do want at least one more child… I know I can handle two… I’m just not sure I’m ready to be this tired all the time yet!!
Here is the day in pictures for you:::
Breakfast: “I don’t need a spoon, mom?” (don’t you love how his eyes are glued to the tv!)

Lunch: (Isabelle) “I want what he’s having” (Jaxon) “what is she doing so close to MY food?”
Naptime: neither of them was interested in a nap today, so I tricked them to one on the couch! It was so quiet, but I was totally stuck!
Bathtime is always fun!
“Let me rub your shoulders”
“Ok, thanks Isabelle – I love you”
Sooo tired!!
Tomorrow my relationship with my sister will change. She is moving to LA. I am sad. I am happy for her. I will miss her so much. I know she’ll miss me too.
Stacey and I are 4.5 years apart. We haven’t always been close, though the last few years we have become very close. She has lived just down the street from us for the last 4 years. We talk about 10 times a day most days & see each other at least 2 times a week. It will be very different for us to not see each other but 2 times a year… I know we will still talk every day, but I will miss seeing her.
Instead of going on & on & getting too emotional, I think I’ll just show some pictures of us over the years…

This was us yesterday with our parents…
I will miss you Stacey…I love you more than you know. I’m so glad you’re MY little sister!

Today’s SPF from Kristine is:::
~your favorite jeans
~birthmark, mole or freckles
~your photo albums & where you store them
These are my newest favorite Jeans. I really like most of my jeans – at least the ones that still fit or that I’ve bought since Jaxon…!
Here is one of my freckles that I like. It is on my left arm. I’ve always liked this one for some reason!
I know this is a terrible picture, but these are where I keep my pictures for now. I do have some photo boxes and albums, but all of the current pics are on my computer until I get a CD burner (for my birthday)
That’s it for now!!
I just got a call from my best friend Renee, she was letting me know that her cousin’s husband passed away tonight. He was on his way home from work & had a car accident. They have two precious little girl’s, 10 & 4.
Just a reminder that life is so short. Too short. And not fair. And really sad sometimes. Make sure your loved ones know how you feel about them & make the most of every moment here on earth. Please keep this family in your thoughts and prayers.
Jaxon’s procedure went well. I was surprised at how little time it took once they took him back. Once we got to see him, he was hysterical. The recovery room had like 10 other screaming children. We had to wait in there for 30 minutes, all of wich Jaxon screamed. He didn’t know what was going on & he seemed scared. Once we got him in the car he settled down. Once home, I made him breakfast, he played for a while, then we laid down for a nap. I just woke up & he is still asleep.
Overall…it has been pretty smooth! Last night he didn’t even wake up, so the whole not eating thing wasn’t even an issue!!
Thank you all for checking on Jaxon today.. Have a great Wednesday!

this was right after we got home – loving on Elmo
This was about 2:30 after a long nap & a bath!
I have spent about 4 hours on the phone talking to about 10 different people about the insurance situation. One week & a lot of frustration later…I finally got what I wanted. They waived the pre-existing clause for Jaxon. I had already cancelled his surgery for tomorrow, but when I heard the news from Blue Cross, I called the Dr. to see if by chance his spot was still open & it was!!!!!! So, Jaxon is having tubes put in tomorrow morning. We have to be at the surgery center at 6:00 am. The biggest struggle will be no food or drink at all after midnight. Since he is working on three of his top teeth, he has been waking up a lot at night. I am nervous about tonight…
I am going to get some sleep now, but I wanted to update you all about his surgery. Thank you for keeping us in your thoughts and prayers during this stressful time!
