We are finally slowing down a little around here! Joey and I are both a year older!! My 28th B-day was Monday! We are gearing up for Jaxon’s B-day on the 11th!

Yesterday my sweet husband turned 30!! We got home about 9:30 last night, after traveling for 12 hours! We are so glad to be home, but not ready for the week ahead! Of course, I have a ton of pictures & lots of updating to do, but that will have to wait! Tonight we celebrated Joey’s b-day, since we traveled all day yesterday! Tomorrow is my b-day & the celebrating will continue!

I want to wish Joey a very happy year! I will do all I can to help make this year one of the best!!! I love you so much!

Today was filed with MANY laughs from Jax….We were all glad to be together again!

Tomorrow morning Joey & I leave for Vegas. We have never been there, we’ve never been anywhere really, except Dallas! Even our honeymoon was about 45 minutes from where I grew up! So….this is much needed and anticipated!

Joey will have the big 3-0 on Saturday & my birthday is Monday!!! We chose Vegas because of the “Phantom of the Opera spectacular” that is playing there! Joey saw Phantom in London & then we saw it when they came to OKC a few years ago! It should be fun!

I am trying to pray a lot and not worry about leaving my Jax. I am having a hard time with it. I know he will be fine & won’t remember us being gone, but I will! I know we will have a blast, but I WILL miss my baby!

I know it’s been a while since I’ve posted! It’s been crazy lately…no time to rest(or blog)!! This will be kind of a random post, but it’s what I could come up with tonight!

Don’t you love how organized Joey is! He had me come into the garage to take a look & I thought it was the cutest thing, having it all separated & labeled! It’s the little things that make me love him even more!

Jaxon takes after his daddy, because he loves to clean the floors! The other day I walked into the kitchen to see him sweeping! He might have to start allowance early!


Sunday afternoon we had a popcorn snack and Jaxon decided (when I wasn’t around) to get the pitcher out of the only cabinet that dosen’t have a lock on it & stir up the popcorn. He later proceeded to dump all of it on the kitchen floor! He was happy when I had to get the broom out!

Sunday night he helped me make his nannie’s b-day cake! It was yummy! He really enjoyed cracking the eggs!
