Happy Birthday to my sweet husband!
I hope you all had a wonderful Easter weekend! We had a great one!
Saturday night Jaxon got to experience coloring eggs for the first time…He loved it! *notice the crazy smile**He was very serious about coloring in the stencils!
Here’s his basket with the plate of “bunny food” that we left out! We left out water, carrots & lettuce! Hey, if Santa gets cookies, the bunny has to have a snack too!
Excited about his new veggie tales pirate
Shaking the eggs!

The loot::
These are the best pictures I could get…no family pictures here! I think I live with the two most anti-picture boys ever.
After church we came home and I made a great lunch. The Conley’s came over for lunch & fun. It was great to have them over, it had been a while! The rest of the day was filled with resting, reading and playing. After a whole week off, I can say that I was ready to get back into a routine today!
This is mine & Joey’s b-day week, so we’ll have some fun stuff to post about! Also, I’m working on sorting out the pictures from vacation…more to come!
So, remember the virus Jaxon had last week? Well Joey got it on Sunday and guess who got it yesterday….on vacation? ME! I knew it would happen and it was not fun. It’s not fun anywhere, but especially away from home!
I have a lot to post about and pictures too, so maybe tomorrow!
The girls play at 9:00 am tomorrow (Thursday). If they win then they play again Friday morning at 9:00. Once you lose, you’re out! I’ll let you know!!
Hope you’re all having a good week!

We made it to Jackson! I am sitting in bed right now while my boys sleep! I’ve had a wonderful shower to wash the bus smell off of me! I have so much to post about! Pictures and stories coming tomorrow!
Thank you to those of you who called today to see if we were alive and on the bus!!!
I was going to post tonight, but I decided to change my background since St. Patty’s day is officially over! Shauna (click on her name for an awesome blog makeover) is going to make me one more header, but I thought I’d give it a whirl tonight! (all of my links are at the bottom of the page, in case you were wondering!)
Hope you had a good Monday!
I’ll leave you with one picture from today::
Jaxon watching Bee Movie on the bus!
K is for Sophie Kinsella
I’ve been a fan of her since I read Confessions of a shopaholic a long while ago. I’ve read every one of her books and am venturing out to read the books under her REAL name – Madeline Wickham
This picture was taken last Wednesday night after church. For the first time, I didn’t have extra undies and pants in his bag. Of course, he had an accident all over this table! Leaving church, he had on a pull up, his converse & a t-shirt! awesome!
Here is Jaxon’s swimsuit for this year!
Jaxon loves his crocs!!
Stay tuned for all the vacation posts!
J is for Jackson, TN & Jaxon
Next week is spring break! We are going to TN for the NAIA national tournament!
Three years ago I was very pregnant (see below)
Joey was coaching at OC and they made it to nationals. I obviously didn’t get to go that year, but Joey and I had joked earlier in the year that if they made it, we’d name our son Jackson. I didn’t love the traditional spelling, so we changed it to J-A-X-O-N!
So this year we are taking our Jaxon to Jackson! I’m excited! This will happen as long as we are all healthy. We’ve steered clear of the bugs going around, but today I got a call that Jax had thrown up at Ms. Ruthann’s house. It’s not been a pretty evening. He’s sleeping now, I just hope that Joe and I don’t get it or if we do we get it out of our systems before Sunday!
Prayerfully, we’ll be healthy and get to go! If so, look for lots of pictures! The hotel has free wireless internet!! Yea!

F is for FUN and G is for GIRLFRIENDS
This weekend I had such a good, relaxing time. We had a yummy breakfast (Shauna, I need the recipe, please), went shopping, had a great mexican lunch, went fabric shopping for baby girl T, watched 27 dresses in our room, had a HUGE platter of cheese and apple birds *(long story), talked, laughed, went out to dinner, talked, laughed some more, stayed up late, and they slept in (I woke up at 7:00)! Then Meg, Juli Beth and I went for breakfast before heading home. It was a wonderful weekend! Here are a few pictures::

On my way home, back in OK!
Me, trying to stay awake on the way home…relaxed & ready to see my boys!
Thank you girls for a great weekend!
*The Cheese Story:: So, we ate a big lunch but when it was time to watch the movie, we wanted a little something to snack on. I wanted some crackers and cheese. I called room service to see if they could bring us a little platter of fruit/cheese. We also ordered 4 soft drinks. When the food got to our room I signed for it. It took me a while as I looked it over, I could not believe my eyes. The total was $50.00. For regular cheddar, soft white cheddar(that Shauna said smelled like stinky feet), and some pepperjack. I totally think we paid for the carving skills. There was a bird made out of an apple on the platter. I can’t believe I didn’t get a picture of this, but it was crazy!
