sometimes it's a fort, sometimes a tent

Posted by suzspeaks on June 23rd, 2009. Filed under: Uncategorized.

I’ve written before about how we like to build forts in the living room. Being a mommy of boys, well a wife to one and a mommy to one, we camp out in the living room a LOT!

Sometimes it’s in a Tent::

Sometimes it’s a man mommy made fort::

Like this:
or this:

EITHER way…
there is sure to be::

LOTS
of pillows… and smiles
AND…
Pop Pop

Sometimes
with…

M&M’s

No matter what the movie, the type of tent or the goodies in the popcorn, there is a lot of LOVE!

Thank you Joey and Jaxon for helping me to be creative in way’s I never thought possible!

I love you both!

    So cute and sweet! I cant wait to do those kinds of things with my little man… and of course the one on the way! Seems like activities like those are far off in the future, although I am sure it will be here before I can blink.
    You are one amazingly cool Mommy!

    What a fun day I am sure he had and still does since the tent is still up I'm sure.
    You are an amazing mommy, so many neat ideas you have to make Jax smile and will have memories for him for a lifetime.
    Love you,
    MOM

    Hello Suzanne – love your fort pics! We love to transform our living room into a "tent city" using ALL of our chairs, pillows, and blankets. LOL. It's these types of fun times that make for great memories! Our kids may not remember a lot of things about their childhood, but they'll definitely remember those crazy, fun things we do together, right?

    Blessings,
    Marie
